Subscription fees are billed in advance. Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to organize, manage, and participate in shooting competitions in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Upload or transmit any content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

4.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CMCRS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material obtained through the Service without prior written consent.

Competition results and leaderboards may be publicly displayed within the Service. By organizing or participating in competitions through our Service, you consent to the publication of relevant competition data, including participant names and scores.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CMCRS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CMCRS and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CMCRS is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
